Quick Response Plan
The Quick response Plan offers telephone counseling to provide needed support and answer questions in a timely, responsive fashion. The plan may be used as a stand alone service, a supplement to scheduled sessions or both.
- The plan allows a maximum, 100 minutes of telephone time that may be used in one (1) or more telephone calls, immediately or over an indefinite period of time
- Your call will be answered immediately or at the earliest possible convenience
- The amount of time used in telephone calls is recorded. All unused time is refunded at any time and without penalty upon request
Please Note: Long-distance counseling is not recommended for persons in crisis or at risk of harming themselves or others. Should these apply, you are urged to contact 911, your local crisis line, your medical doctor or the nearest hospital emergency department.
Only persons 18 years of age or older may legally consent to receive services
